He is a Lecturer in Business Administration at Ibn Khaldoun University of Tiaret (IKUT), also ser ving as Head of t he Joint Research Ser vice and Director of t he Techno Foster Business Incubator. He holds a PhD in Business Administration and Corporate Governance from Abou Bekr Belkaid University of Tlemcen, wit h a focus on family business governance. He has published research on ownership structures, governance challenges, and entrepreneurship's role in diversifying Algeria’s economy.
Additionally, he is a business consultant and motivational speaker, specializing in professional communication, HR management, and organizational development. He is fluent in Amazigh, Arabic, English, and French, and holds cer tifications in leadership, English proficiency, and Public speaking
